SENOBUDOYO MUSEUM

Sonobudoyo museum is located on the Northern side of city’s main square in front of the Keraton.You can see many traditional handicrafts and other artwork such as leatherwork,Wooden puppet mask,statues,textiles and also Javanese Gamelan instruments.

KOTA GEDE

Kota Gede is about five kilometers South East of Yogyakarta.It is a neat and little town.Since 1930 Kota Gede has become famed for being the centre of silverwood industry.There any workshop there and visitors are welcome to see solver being transformed into beautiful work of art.

KASONGAN

Kasongan is located a few kilometeres South West Yogyakarta, and is very famous with it artistic pottery and earthenware.The village has been a centre of these crafts for generations.You can buy Kasongan pottery for souvenir and you can get them both at local shops and at any art shops over java.The price is reasonable.
